"I am very disappointed in the service provided. I have had insurance with State Farm for years in several states. Today I found out by calling them that they canceled my husband's vehicle insurance 3 weeks ago. Why did I call because my auto pay did not draft. Did they call to tell me they were going to cancel my policy that i have been paying monthly with them for 3 years no. They said they mailed me a letter to inform me since I have address in another state it was going to be canceled. Did they send a letter maybe, but I have had an address in another state for 9 months. My husband's who's insurance policy they canceled is still in FL. I updated his renters insurance also with State Farm in February of 2025. I advised them when I moved that the FL policy needed to stay as is since my husband is still there. Now they say they cannot get a new policy in place till tomorrow. This is horrible service from an agent and company I have been loyal to. I would not recommend using their office."

The first impression of state farm when you walk in is the very professional and courteous front desk administrator and receptionist, Mrs. Caroline. I haven't seen great customer service like that in awhile unfortunately, I can say I love to call and pay my bill because she is so pleasant. If I am running behind or close to my due date, she will leave the most polite message to let me know I need to call her.
