"I am very disappointed in the service provided. I have had insurance with State Farm for years in several states. Today I found out by calling them that they canceled my husband's vehicle insurance 3 weeks ago. Why did I call because my auto pay did not draft. Did they call to tell me they were going to cancel my policy that i have been paying monthly with them for 3 years no. They said they mailed me a letter to inform me since I have address in another state it was going to be canceled. Did they send a letter maybe, but I have had an address in another state for 9 months. My husband's who's insurance policy they canceled is still in FL. I updated his renters insurance also with State Farm in February of 2025. I advised them when I moved that the FL policy needed to stay as is since my husband is still there. Now they say they cannot get a new policy in place till tomorrow. This is horrible service from an agent and company I have been loyal to. I would not recommend using their office."
"Cassie: First off we would like to thank your husband for his service. State Farm has a long history of supporting military families like yours. I am so sorry about the confusion surrounding the transfer of your insurance accounts. When we are dealing with three policies in two different states with two different mailing addresses, two different State Farm agents and two different drivers with different contact information it can be confusing for everyone including the U.S. Postal service. Once notified of your situation we immediately responded binding coverage to make sure your policy was active and no one was driving around without insurance. We were actually able to get your policy issued at a rate that is less than than what was expected. We appreciate your business. "Mary Pyritz at State Farm is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) agents. Mary is always available, always knowledgeable, will keep you abreast of all changes and requirements in your policy and has had the best and most personable approach of any agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Insurance is a beast in FL and it means the WORLD to have an amazing agent to help navigate that landscape. I'm sure the rest of the office is wonderful, but this review is biased because I've only worked with Mary. 😆"
